If you purchased the lifetime Warranty all you pay for a used exchange, a damaged or faded ring, or lost stone, or a ring that came apart or a broken ring is a $29.95 processing fee per ring, per claim.
All Rings shipped in the USA come with a 90-day Manufactures Defect Warranty.
Remember Tungsten is so hard that it cannot be re-sized, but Tungsten is not indestructible. With the added LifeTime Warranty, if your ring gets ruined for any reason (damaged, scratched, faded, or even breakage, insert comes out) we will replace your ring for life, all you pay is a $29.95 processing fee per ring claim.
This is also for rings that you need to exchange, but have been wearing.
